Carmen McCarty
Ms. McCarty has spent her entire professional career in the intellectual property field; joining Heisler & Associates in 1996.
Ms. McCarty received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Legal Office Administration from Heald Business College. Ms. McCarty has assisted in the filing of hundreds of patent and trademark applications, both in the U.S. and internationally. She has experience in tracking and managing large domestic and foreign patent and trademark portfolios and in conducting research.
In 2001 Ms. McCarty became certified as a paralegal in California.
